MASA: A Mobile and Web Application Framework for A G2C Integrated Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management System for the Community of Rodriguez, Rizal

Disaster risk management factors can potentially minimize the casualties of a city to have a safer environment. It is widely known that these disasters, crime, and emergencies are priority of the administration to better serve the community. These challenges occur in Rodriguez, Rizal, who tend to have limited access to reporting emergencies to the right people. This paper aims to create a mobile and web application framework called MASA which will improve disaster awareness and response in the community, and the MDRRMO Department of Montalban, Rizal. This app will notify the citizen and the municipality and give them the nearest evacuation center during an emergency or disaster.
