Abstract:

in the future days, 5G connectivity will play a critical role in wireless networks. In this short, we proposed a modified structure of the Koch curve with Beeline Fractal antenna for 5G Communication. Fractal antennas are more preferred for improving gain and delivering multi-band features. The primary objective of the recommended antenna is to obtain more gain, double bandwidth characteristics and also to mitigate interference at higher frequencies. The projected antenna is operated at a band of frequency 28 GHz to 42GHz. This design is developed with a Koch curve with beeline fractals along with the following parameters, Substrate is made up of RT/ Druid 5880, the dielectric constant is 2.2 and having a thickness of 0.8. The design reaches the performance loss of -24.39 dB and -28.47 dB at specified frequencies. In addition, it also achieves a gain of 6.9 dB at 28.2 GHz and 4.6 dB at 41.8 GHz, 6.4 GHz bandwidth. Moreover, this design is more suitable for 5G wireless communications systems.
