Research on the Cost Prediction Method of Overhead Line Technical Transformation Project Based on Particle Group Algorithm

Overhead transmission line is an important part of the power grid system. In the face of the increasingly strict national policy and supervision situation, it is one of the important measures to strengthen the cost control level of overhead line technical transformation project to improve the quality and efficiency of power grid enterprises.
