Abstract:

This paper makes an economic plan for using solar energy to provide power for a 1600-square-foot house in a remote area. Given the basic information of household population, total power consumption of household appliances, and different types of batteries, according to the actual power consumption of the owner, a model is established by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm for dynamic programming to select the energy storage system. For example, considering the type of battery and the number of batteries, with the help of the model, the best option for the off-grid house is to obtain enough energy to support the house's energy demand at night and on cloudy days. It also describes some advantages and disadvantages of cement energy storage as a new building material and suggestions on the future possibility of cement batteries.
