Abstract:
During the pandemic, the global e-commerce business increased significantly. The e-commerce industry in Indonesia surged tenfold, with more than 50% of new clients. E-commerce has become a substitute source and is seen as the best in this situation, with e-retailers providing things that consumers formerly purchased at superstores. In the form of bibliometric analysis, studies on e-commerce in Indonesia are particularly intriguing. This is the goal of this study: to map e-commerce research patterns in Indonesia in bibliometrics, particularly during the epidemic. Using statistics, this study examines the number of e-commerce-related articles published in Indonesia during the previous three years. The Dimensions database is used in the study dataset, which is then analyzed using Bibliometrix utilizing R-Tool and displayed with Vosviewer. The findings of bibliometric mapping of research on e-commerce subjects in Indonesia using Biblioshiny and VOSviewer yielded 500 relevant articles in 408 journals between 2020 and 2022. A M A Suyanto, Yasuo Kadono, and Wulan Purnama Sari are the top three authors on this topic. According to the visualization of VOSviewer data, most research trends are related to business and information technology. The remaining clusters are related to customer satisfaction. The intriguing element is that Tokopedia and Shopee are in the same research cluster.
