Abstract:

Developing electrical engineering specialties teachers' professional competence in the conditions of martial law is researched. Developing high school teachers' professional competence is especially relevant, because the success of educational activity depends on flexibility and critical thinking, pedagogical skills, and the ability to adequately respond to challenges. The novelty of the research lies in the characterization of the modification of developing electrical engineering specialties teachers' professional competence and its monitoring in the conditions of martial law. In the conditions of the introduction of martial law in order to develop the pedagogical competence of electrical engineering specialties teachers, its monitoring and evaluation, effective means are the creation and presentation of the teacher's electronic portfolio, observation of the lesson with further discussion, as well as pedagogical reflection.
