Biography

Isaac D. Gerg received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from The Pennsylvania State University (PSU), University Park, PA, USA, in 2022.,He was a Visiting Researcher at the NATO Center for Maritime Research and Experimentation, La Spezia, Italy, in 2018. He is currently a Computer Vision Researcher with Kitware Inc., Albany, NY, USA, and also with the Information Processing and Algorithms Laboratory, PSU. His research interests encompass remote sensing, machine learning, and high-performance computing.,Dr. Gerg was a co-recipient of the Penn State Applied Research Laboratory Engineering Award of Excellence for his work on synthetic aperture sonar (SAS) beamforming, in 2016.
