Biography

Binsu J. Kailath received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Calicut University, Kerala, India, in 1992 and M.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, Chennai, India, in 2001. She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Madras.,Since 1993 she has been working as a Lecturer in College of Engineering, Chengannur, Government of Kerala, India, and is recently promoted as Assistant Professor in the same college. Her area of research includes the study of ultrathin oxides for MOS devices.(Based on document published on 26 December 2007).
