Yue-Yang Jia (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Michigan–Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute (UM–SJTU JI), Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2019, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree.,His research interests include nonvolatile memory and in-memory computing devices and integrated systems.(Based on document published on 9 November 2021).
