Biography
Chen-Wei Huang received the BS degree in chemical engineering with minor in mathematics and electrical engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, in 1996 and dual MS degrees in environmental engineering and computer science in 1998 and 2007 both from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, respectively. He is currently working toward the PhD degree at National Chiao Tung University. He worked as a research engineer in Chun-Shan Institute of Science and Technology from 1999 to 2004. He received the academical paper award from the Chinese Institute of Environmental Engineering in 2007.
