Biography
Mahmoud H. Ismail (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in electronics and electrical communications engineering and the M.Sc. degree in communications engineering from Cairo University, Egypt, in 2000 and 2002, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Mississippi, MS, USA, in 2006. From 2000 to 2002, he was a Research and a Teaching Assistant with the Department of Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering, Cairo University. From 2004 to 2006, he was a Research Assistant with the Center for Wireless Communications, University of Mississippi.
