Abstract:
At present, there is no consensus on the use of monitoring technology to identify the causes of different types of transmission line faults in China. In order to study the fault identification method of transmission line, quickly and effectively judge the lightning strike and non lightning strike faults, accurately identify them in engineering, and break through the key technology of intelligent diagnosis of transmission line trip fault, the author establishes a typical transmission line simulation model and uses atp-emtp electromagnetic transient simulation software to simulate the transient traveling wave current of lightning shielding, counterattack and non lightning shielding faults of transmission line. Through the comparison of simulation results and theoretical analysis, the criteria of lightning strike and non lightning strike, shielding strike and counterattack fault of transmission line are proposed, that is, the fault identification method is based on the difference of transient traveling wave current characteristics such as wave tail time and whether there is reverse polarity pulse. It can be used as a powerful reference for the establishment of intelligent fault diagnosis method of transmission line trip in the later stage.
