Abstract:
The abbreviation AI stands for Artificial Intelligence. It did not evolve immediately to the level of self-driving capability in cars. It's a long and tedious process that has undergone a lot of development and optimization. Math, psychology, cognitive science, and philosophy are giving their contributions. The first instance of AI appeared in the Dartmouth research proj ect in 1956 that helped solve simple problems. And later on, in the 1960s, the United States' Defence Department took some interest in this and increased their focus on training computers to imitate human reasoning. An agency named DARPA, which stood for Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency, made intelligent assistants way back in 2003, even before Amazon or Google ever considered it. AI and its applications are changing century-old ways of doing things. Code-run systems have already taken over half of the planet's lives. This is, in a way, a good and bad thing. It is considering that this has brought an array of previously unattainable opportunities at hand's reach. It has also brought extraordinary threats into play. Self-driving cars are an excellent example of how ai has expanded so much this is not even surprising anymore. However, because of this massive expansion, there can be a big hit in job opportunities as human beings doing work can be replaced with AI resulting in many jobs being lost. In a negative aspect, humanity could lose all control over AI, and it can even hypothetically take over the world if it is to achieve free will. But like every problem, this also has a solution. The very fear of AI taking over the world could be completely irrelevant. Artificial Intelligence is nothing but a program that follows a set of instructions. That program not following instructions is almost impossible because the program cannot think on its own. This paper focuses on the use and implementation of AI along with relevant business intelligence examples.
