Abstract:
The data based on the responses of 126 consumers of premium automobile companies i.e. Tata motors, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Ford shows that high-income group millennial from Delhi NCR are the primary users of connected technology-based automobiles. Further, SEM analysis results show that there is a significant role played by the digital service delivery via connected technology on influencing the level of satisfaction.
