Abstract:
The Main Potential of Higher Education in processing employee attendance data still has several weaknesses, so it is difficult to know the pattern of employee attendance. This study aims to determine whether the pattern of employee absenteeism is in accordance with reality such as licensing, illness, leave, outside assignments and without information. This research uses descriptive method the data used are 61 employee data. This study produces information about 95% of absenteeism patterns in graphical form. Staffing can identify trends in employee absence rates and can be used to create new strategies to improve employee performance.
