How AI-Chatbots Can Make Dubai Smarter?

Dubai has been the leading Smart City in the MENA region for the past decade. The strong commitment of the government to emerging technology, in particular, Artificial Intelligence was the main reason for utilizing Chatbots in a number of government entities in the past three years. This study, after a short introduction to Chatbots and their applications in governmental sectors around the world, reviews the performance of existing Chatbots in the Dubai government and makes recommendations on how the Dubai government extend the deployment of Chatbots even further to serve its residents better.
