Abstract:
This article considers the problem of enhancing the effectiveness of internal audit procedures for quality management systems. Internal audit is an obligatory procedure of the international standard ISO 9001. The article studies the matter of the effectiveness of this procedure. To do so, an analysis of auditors' works was conducted, and several models of the internal audit procedure were proposed in this paper.
