Abstract:
Telemedicine applications such as Halodoc, Alodokter, and KlikDokter serve medical consultation and treatment which are vital aspects of human life. However, in practice there are still users who experience problems in using the application. Based on reviews on the Google Play Store related to the telemedicine application, there are users who complain about the length of response time, application performance that does not match expectations, discrepancies in services with the price paid, misunderstanding of information between patients and doctors, bugs in features, and even difficulty in accessing the telemedicine application. These problems are indicated to affect User Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention of users in using telemedicine applications. Generation X - those born between 1960 and 1980 are the most satisfied with telemedicine, whereas Millennials and Generation Z are more fluent in the use of technology. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of telemedicine application users among Generation Z and Millennials in the Greater Jakarta Area. Sampling with purposive sampling involved 500 respondents who met the criteria. Data analysis using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS version 4. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) integration model with the Delone & McLean model is used to determine the factors that influence Behavioral Intention of telemedicine application users. The results of the study indicate that of the 8 hypotheses, there are hypotheses Effort Expectancy on User Satisfaction and Social Influence on User Satisfaction that are rejected. Behavioral Intention variable is most influenced by User Satisfaction. This research provides an understanding of the factors that influence the behavioral intentions of telemedicine application users based on the perspective of each user of the application.
