Abstract:

Ensuring data security within information systems has emerged as a pivotal concern. Maintaining data confidentiality during transmission via third-party entities stands as a crucial requirement. This paper introduces an algorithm centered on encryption and decryption methods employing matrices and their inverses. The sender's input string undergoes encryption and subsequent decryption utilizing decomposed matrices derived from the QR decomposition technique. Certain operations within the process involve utilizing the modulo 68 of the matrix. The paper showcases an illustrative example highlighting the proposed approach.
