Abstract:
This paper aims to investigate the role of E-leadership in enhancing employee performance within private schools in the post-COVID-19 era. Specifically, the study focuses on Al-Iman Private Schools - Girls Branch located in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire-based survey method. The questionnaires were designed specifically for this study and were distributed among the entire employee population of Al-Iman National Schools - Girls Branch, comprising a total of 174 employees according to the latest administrative reports. A comprehensive sampling method was employed, and the survey forms were distributed electronically. A total of 145 completed questionnaires were collected, representing a response rate of 83.33% of the targeted individuals.
