Abstract:

With the development of the industrial field, the number of Workshop layout solutions and the target demand for optimizing system layout are also rapidly increasing. Based on computer-aided X3D technology, it can efficiently respond to the increasingly intelligent, comprehensive, and digital mechanical equipment layout schemes. In the whole system design, how to improve the efficiency of the logistics system is the key problem that needs to be solved urgently in industrial engineering at present. This paper studies how to use X3D technology to build the layout system design of mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment, aiming to improve the utilization rate of workshop equipment and the production rate of products. This article analyzes the 3D model design and simulation experiments of equipment layout, uses computer-aided X3D technology, and combines the prioritization of workshop unit operations. Based on the data results, the following conclusions are drawn through discussion. In the context of the continuous improvement of the development speed of industrial engineering and logistics system, the layout system without X3D technology only has a slightly higher equipment utilization rate and product production efficiency in the industrial robot area, and other operating units are better equipped with X3D technology. This indicates that the mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment layout optimization system based on X3D technology has a higher overall equipment utilization rate and faster product production efficiency.
