Abstract:
The mirrors of optical laser systems, in which as a source of radiation the powerful lasers are used should have extreme low absorbing ability in order to prevent occurrence in them of thermal effects, which break spatial parameters of radiation and can result in destruction of optics. To resonator mirrors of powerful lasers even more rigid requirements are showed, as they are exposed to influence of intracavity radiation, which on density of energy considerably exceeds output radiation of the laser. In this work the development results of the absorption factor superficial measurement by a photometric method for the mirror coverings, including resonator mirrors of the powerful gas lasers are submitted.
