We warmly welcome you to ICCC 2015 - 2015 IEEE International Conference on Computer and Communications, which is held, this year, in Chengdu, China. Sponsored by IEEE Beijing Section and hosted by Sichuan Institute of Electronics, the ICCC 2015 is held in cooperation with Southwest Jiaotong University, Xihua University, and so on.
ICCC 2015 conference covering a broad range of related fields, including ten main tracks this year, Computer Software and Theory, Data Engineering Theory and Technologies, Image Processing and Applications, Computer Application Technologies, Communication Theory and Technologies, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Navigation System and Satellite, Antenna Design and Wireless Sensor Networks, Mobile Communication and Wireless Technology, Information Theory and Signal Processing, Information Network and Multimedia Technology.
In the ICCC's program, we have included keynote lectures and oral presentations to present the widest possible view on these technical areas. In the keynote sessions, FIEEE, Prof. David Zhang (Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong), SMIEEE Prof. Tianrui Li, (Southwest Jiaotong University, China), SMIEEE, Prof. Yanzhen Qu (Colorado Technical University, USA), SMIEEE Prof. Maode Ma (Nanyang Technological University, Singapore), SMIEEE Prof. Tan Liansheng (Huazhong Normal University, China), SMIEEE Prof. Zhouchen Lin (Peking University, China), SMIEEE Prof. Mingxing He(Xihua University, China), SMIEEE Prof. Yan Yang(Southwest Jiaotong University, China), SMIEEE Prof. Yulin Wang (Wuhan University, China), will deliver keynote address.
With its 8 parallel sessions, we expect it to appeal to a global audience of the engineers, scientists, business practitioners and policy experts. All tracks focus on research related to real world applications and rely on contributions not only from academia, but also from industry, business and government with different solutions for enduser applications and enabling technologies, in a diversity of communication environments. The accepted papers demonstrate a number of new and innovative solutions and the vitality of these research areas.
ICCC has received more than 180 papers in total. To evaluate each submission, a blind paper evaluation method was used: each paper was reviewed by at least two experts from the International Program Committees, and most papers had 3 reviews or more. The selection process followed strict criteria in all tracks so only 93 papers were accepted and orally presented at ICCC as full papers.
We thank all the authors and speakers for their fine technical contributions and the attendees for their participation. We are especially thankful to the keynote speakers, and those Invited Paper authors for their help in seeding the technical program with excellent papers. Given the excellent technical program and the hard work put in by all the organizers, we are sure that you will all have an intellectually stimulating and enjoyable ICCC 2015.
