On some historical aspects in the development of cable television in Sevastopol: "Balaklaviya" TRC

We have made an attempt to give a brief outline of some important milestones in the evolution of local cable television in Sevastopol. We present one of the pages describing the eventful span of time between 1990 and 2000.
