Aims & Scope

The IEEE Engineering Management Review journal, is the IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS) journal of practice.  EMR serves those who manage technology, engineering and innovation; or people interested in the practical aspects of technical, technology, and engineering management and innovation. The EMR presents state-of-the-art thinking and practices from original contributions that are based on technological developments, actual practice, or strong academic theoretical foundation.  We strongly encourage professionals and academics wishing to share best practices and insights to submit manuscripts.
