Broadband light bending with a doublet silicon nanopost array

A subwavelength silicon nanoposts array featuring high bending efficiencies in the wavelength of 1480-1600 nm are demonstrated. The compactness, low loss, and CMOS compatibility enable the structure a promising component for on-chip optical control.
