In this paper, we proposed a storage pattern according to the current storage status of bio-information. It abstracted all information either contained in data or needed by researchers, then generated the corresponding XML schema files by using object-oriented means. This storage pattern can not only eliminate the pattern heterogeneous of bio-information, also make the information more organized. In that case, users can query biological data from different databases more accurately.
