2 Tracing the Origins of COVID-19

Human race has defeated and survived a number of pandemics and epidemics for thousands of decades. Battle for survival has been there in the genes of the human race; no matter what, they surpassed the danger. But standing on the verge of destruction has made the humans helpless to defend them currently. In the series of such pandemics, coronavirus disease has once again gained prominence amongst virologists and the medical practitioners across the globe. Scientists and doctors from all over the world are trying to unravel the mystery of coronavirus; yet, it is obscure. The world is still burying corpses due to this artificial virus emergence. To summarize knowledge about the ongoing virus and situation, we have undertaken an analysis of the publicly accessible literature and data. In this literature review, we tried to explore the history of pathogenic viruses and the origin of COVID-19.
