Dynamic Chaos Spectrum of Chaotic Switching Converters II: Prony Method

Prony analysis is an emerging methodology that extends Fourier analysis by directly estimating the frequency, damping, strength, and relative phase of modal components presented in a given signal. In this chapter, the Prony method is employed for the chaotic spectral estimation of DC–DC converters, and numerical simulations show its advantages over the traditional FFT (fast Fourier transform).
