Sneak Circuits of Soft‐Switching Converters

As some resonant components such as capacitor and inductor are added in the power converter to realize soft‐switching, it is certain that there are some new paths existed in the soft‐switching converter. This chapter introduces the sneak circuit phenomena of soft‐switching converters, which takes Full‐bridge ZVS PWM converter, Buck ZVS Multi‐Resonant converter and Buck ZVT PWM converter as examples. It is found that the sneak circuit phenomena are more complex in the soft‐switching converters than the hard‐switching ones, because of the resonant network.
