7 Limits: Perfect Programs

The previous chapter described various ways in which programs are imperfect and thus fall short of what we might want them to do. In contrast, in this chapter we take up the ways in which programs can be flawless but nevertheless unable to do what we want them to do. It may be surprising, but even perfect programs still have limits.
