Software Performance Quality Indicators for Static Structure and Dynamic Characteristics in the FSSM

The calculations for the Software Performance Quality Indicators (SPQIs) of the two types, Software Structural Indicators (SSIs) and Software Operational Indicators (SOIs), are performed from the Software Component's Feature Measurements (SCFMs) and from the Software Component's Measurements (SCMs). Both of the SSIs and SOIs are categorized as Nil, Low, Medium, High, or Very High. Their values are obtained based on the SCFMs and SCMs. This chapter presents the description and formulae for the SPQIs. The calculations for the SCMs are performed by using the SCFMs. The SCFMs are calculated from the Software Component's Feature Point Counts (SCFPCs) which are obtained by applying the extensive and comprehensive counting of the Software Component's Feature Points for all the important and relevant 31 SCMFs of all 4 SMCs which are available in the Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) document consisting of the Logical Data Model, functionalities, user interfaces/screens, and message exchanges.
