A circuit modeling technique for fast exploration of design parameter space [RF CMOS VCO]

The authors present a circuit modelling technique for studying the tuning behaviour of an RF CMOS VCO. With the help of a MATLAB program code, demonstrated with a code example, a simulation environment is set up to allow for fast exploration of the design space.
