Correction to "Where Are the Zeros of xi of t"

For the article “Where Are the Zeros of xi of t?” in [ibid., vol. 33, no. 5, pp. 92–93, Oct. 2013], the sentence "Then it is known that ζ=0 whenever s is an even negative integer." should be inserted immediately after the second sentence after the first equation.
