Realization of Thermal Coating and Mechanical Compacting Processes based on industrial Multi Robot Systems

This paper presents the accumulated practical results achieved in robot based thermal coating and in using industrial robots for mechanical compacting of hardened layers. Additionally this presentation describes the applied simulation frame work as one important step forward in offline programming and simulation-based layout, program and process optimization.
