Comments on "Modeling the Stationarity and Gaussianity of Spontaneous Electroencephalographic Activity"

It is pointed out that the Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests in the above paper1 are performed with a high correlation between adjacent samples. The consequence is results which are misleading.
