Supplementary proof for "Exact and approximate construction of digital phase modulations by superposition of AMP" by P. A. Laurent

In this letter, we supplement the derivation in Laurent's paper by mathematically proving that combining binary continuous phase modulation (CPM) signals in different bit durations results in the decomposed CPM expression consisting of a set of continuous amplitude-modulated pulse functions.
