An algorithm to compute canonical forms in multivariable control systems

A simple algorithm is presented in this correspondence to compute the nonfixed elements in the canonical forms (
\sim{A}, \sim{B}, \sim{C}
) associated with the matrix triple (
A,B,C
) in a completely controllable and completely observable time invariant dynamical systems.
