Comment on "A high-quality double integrator building-block for active filters" by M.A. Reddy, et al.

It has been stated that "existing active-compensated double-integrator units cannot be used in active-ladder filters at high frequencies". It is shown here that the above statement is not true, and also it is suggested that a proposed high-quality circuit will suffer from high-frequency instability.
