Theoretical and Realizable Sensitivities of a Two-Pole Gyrator Active Filter

The effects of amplifier imperfections on the sensitivity performance of a complex-conjugate pole-pair realized using a gyrator circuit is critically examined. Sufficient data are presented to enable the sensitivity performance of this type of system to be calculated rapidly with a fair degree of precision.
