Aims & Scope

The IEEE Engineering Management Review, the the Society's "journal of practice," republishes papers and articles and includes original content that serves those who manage technology, engineering and innovation (including non-engineers); engineers who hold strategic leadership responsibilities (even if outside of the practice of engineering); and upward-bound engineers with an interest in management as a profession.

Note: EMR Volumes 16-31 (1988-2001) are not currently included in IEEE Xplore.

Note: This publication may contain reprint articles for which IEEE does not hold copyright. Full-text is not available on IEEE Xplore for these articles.
