The Methodology Concept of a Comprehensive Program for the Development of the Quality of Car Assembly Production

The article presents the results of the actualization of the problem, as well as the development and implementation of a comprehensive improvement program for a car assembly company, which covers all the main activities in accordance with the current quality management system.
