High Resolution Image Generation Using Learning Super-Resolution for Low Resolution Images

Cameras have been installed in a variety of locations. This is to record evidence in case of trouble. However, many of these images have low resolution, which reduces the effectiveness of the evidence. In particular, license plate images can identify the parties involved, so it is important to read the characters. In this paper, we aim to improve the resolution of license plate images by using super-resolution with adversarial learning method.
