Three-dimensional Graphene FETs for pH Detection

Three-dimensional (3D) graphene field-effect transistors (GFETs) with a microtubular structure were reported in this paper. The 3D GFET can be used to determine the pH value of analytes by directly measuring the Dirac point voltage. = 0.9796). Considering that graphene can be functionalized by a lot of molecules, we expected to further develop 3D GFET sensors for more sensitive and specific biological and chemical detections.
