Hemodynamic Parameters Non-Invasive Hydro-Cuff Monitoring System

The article describes the role of non-invasive automatic hemodynamic parameters monitoring in domestic use for the therapy of arterial hypertension (AH). The advantages and disadvantages of existing methods of blood pressure (BP) measuring are considered. The increase in the accuracy of BP measurement to control hypertension is justified. To improve the accuracy of BP measurement, the hydro-cuff technology is proposed, which can significantly increase the amplitude of oscillations caused by pulsation of arteries.A BP meter with implemented hydro-cuff technology, an algorithm for processing the pressure signal and hemodynamic parameters (HDP) monitoring system on its base are developed.The results of experimental studies in the field of pressure measurement accuracy assessment and pressure signal processing are presented.The perspectives for development of telemetry hemodynamic parameters monitoring systems are shown.
