Movie Recommendation System Using R

A movie recommendation system is an approach to filtering or predicting the users’ film preferences based on their past choices and behavior. Such a system will provide movie suggestions to the users on some datasets. The system will track the movies a user has rated or reviewed and then use this information to recommend other movies that the user might like. This includes information about the movies, genre, cast, director, and release date. The system can use this information to recommend movies that are similar to ones that the user has already seen. This includes information about the movies themselves, such as the genre, cast, director, and release date. The system can use this information to recommend movies that are similar to ones that the user has already seen. For this project we will design content based recommendation system because of Domain-Specific Recommendations, Content Diversity, Serendipity Reduction.
