Design and Implementation of an Autonomous Balancing Cube

This paper presents the modeling and implementation of an autonomous self-balancing cube which can maintain balance itself on a platform. This autonomous system performs as a tangible demonstration of modern engineering with the amalgam of control theory and intelligent decision-making. This self-balancing cube utilizes sensors, actuators, and a PID controller to achieve and maintain the balance where the PID controller continuously monitors the cube's position through sensor feedback and makes precise adjustments to counteract deviations from the desired equilibrium. This implemented device is showcasing a real-life application of PID control and offering insights into the development of advanced control algorithms for autonomous systems.
