Electric Vehicle Architecture Modeling Based on MATLAB and SysML for Discrete and Continuous Simulation

European Parliament program Fit for 55 of request without CO2 emissions for vehicles and vans in 2035. This objective can be achieved by passing to electric or hydrogen-fueled vehicles. In this paper we are describing the necessity of architecture modeling corresponding to ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards. The aim of this paper is to describe how we can model the architecture of an electric vehicle using MATLAB Simulink and SysML universal graphical modeling language. This paper will also explain how we can integrate MATLAB Simulink model in a SysML tool for a better discrete and continuous simulation. A complete description of how the system is modeled and simulated in MATLAB Simulink and in the Rhapsody SysML tool, based on what type of diagrams are used for each tool is presented in this paper.
