IoT-based Health Risk Monitoring System for Immediate Medical Response

We discussed the development of a health monitoring system involving a wearable health monitoring device, website, and application. The system monitored vital signs such as body temperature, heart rate, and oxygen level wherein all data is stored in the respondent’s profile. An area mapping was also included in the system where all respondents are pinpointed in a map with designated colors for classification of severity of infection. Results showed that the measurements of the created device yielded 99.43% accuracy for body temperature, 99.59% accuracy for oxygen level, and 99.85% for heart rate. The area mapping was also done with the help of Google Maps API where a specific local area was focused and shows all pinpoints.
