Design and Development of Smart House Rental Management System

The housing sector is still on guard to address the challenges of change with a novel strategy that simplifies managing rental properties. So, it is essential to develop a system for overseeing rental properties that may simplify the lives of rental managers and boost the output of all of their labour. This necessitates a substantial amount of paperwork and demands that all work be done manually. Paper loss or damage is a common source of data loss. Also, it is crucial to store sensitive files. This research study intends to design and develop a rental home management system in light of those discoveries in order to address all the problems exist in the current manual method. The proposed system was designed with the intention of having the easy-to-use interface. After the user logs in, the dashboard with a menu bar on the right side and options for House type, Houses, Tenants, Payments, Reports, and Users will be immediately displayed.
